We are recruiting an experienced PA to support a busy UHNWI – Chairman and forth generation of a multinational FMCG group. Very entrepreneurial and high octane – this will be a very full-on and committed role! Our client is very keen to get the personality fit absolutely right, so he will be quite direct with candidates. He has his own way of doing things, with a particular set of demands, but, if someone clicks with him then there is no reason why they couldn’t stay on long term and he is certainly someone who values talent and encourages personal development and growth. He has a private residence in Central London and a new country home in Ascot (which he is due to move into very soon) – the latter of which is where the live-in will be based. The PA will have their own private en-suite bedroom within the main residence and will be working alongside a live-in Chef, Housekeeper and PT / Masseuse (all female).
There is also an existing male driver and the principal is planning on building an office space at Ascot, so over time the team from London will likely commute to this new office rather then being based at his central London office full-time.
