This position would suit a highly capable Chief Officer with Master 3000 as you will be covering the Captain when on leave. Busy yacht program, therefore the candidate must be happy to commit long term. The ideal candidate will have min 2y as Chief Officer on Yachts over 50m, be proactive & used to manage a large team on deck.
