We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic team player to join a great team on board our +60m busy Charter as Sous Chef. The ideal candidate will come from a restaurant background and be culinary trained. Someone proficient in baking and pastry, happy to deliver healthy and nutritious meals for the crew.
You will be assisting the Head Chef with guest meals and have great organisational skills in the galley while maintaining a high level of cleanliness.
Qualifications and requirements:
– All certificates up to date
– B1B2 visa in hand
– Culinary trained
– Minimum 2 season experience on charter vessels and great checkable references
– Males only due to cabin arrangements
