Our high-profile client is looking for a Head Activities Instructor for their collection of private islands, in the beautiful Caribbean. The islands are 125 acres and 74 acres respectively and are home to the private family, their high-profile guests and for exclusive hire. The style of the islands is laidback luxury; exceptional delivery without the gold buttoned white jackets. Reporting to the Activities Manager, the Head Activities Instructor is responsible for managing the Activities Instructors and organising guest activities to provide the best and safest level of activities to guests. Qualifications and requirements:
– 2 years’ management experience in Water sports / activities industry
– Water sports qualifications: Senior BKSA or IKO kitesurfing Level 2, Senior RYA sailing required
– Must hold RYA power boat level 2 and Yacht master offshore ticket
– STCW / ENG1
– Quality resort / property experience
– Bar or restaurant experience an advantage
– Overseas or Caribbean experience an advantage
– Bonus certificates: AEC, RYA windsurfing qualification, PADI dive master instructor, Tennis, Yoga, Pilates, personal training experience
Package:
– Minimum 12 month contract (subject to work permit approval)
– Annual salary negotiable
