Consultancy contract for first three months, to turn permanent Rotation, one week on/one week off £195 per day.
We are looking for experienced and well-presented, front of house professionals for a Hostess role for a large family main residence in Greater London. Former yacht crew are highly desirable for this position assisting the Chef with service and playing an active front of house role. This is a busy household with exceptionally high standards.
You will be responsible for (but not limited to): Laying and clearing of tables, table and drinks service, working with Housekeepers to keep the kitchen and open plan living spaces immaculate, Drinks service to include hot and cold beverages for family and their guests. Meeting and greeting guests to the home and ensuing the family’s needs are met during service times. You will have a high attention to detail and be a key team player. This is a fully staffed home, often with last minute changes to schedules and changing needs from the family and visiting guests – you will be unflappable and always prepared!

Your working conditions will be 7am-8pm with breaks and working one week on/one week off. You will be offered a three month probationary consultancy contract, which will turn permanent providing successful. Ideally you will be a daily employee, however accommodation can be discussed and offered for the right person. The salary on offer is £195 per day.
